B4All is an entrepreneurial non-profit social enterprise which helps offenders, ex-offenders, and at risk youth get aspirational technology job and entrepreneurship opportunities which can compete with the alternative: crime. B4All changes lives, prevents crimes and strengthens communities

We use the latest online education innovations to deliver a programme shaped by real market demand, B4All’s foundation programme identifies talent, and builds core coding skills and confidence. Despite our name, a majority of our students are girls! We want to keep it this way and change men’s perception of women in the townships. We have partnered with Code for Cape Town to get more disadvantaged women and girls in aspirational tech jobs.
